Ok, I'm back after my week's break down in Kent. I think I would have preferred a holiday destination that included Internet access but what the heck, as holidays in the UK go... well, it was good, I enjoyed it. We spent one day in France where it rained like crazy and my Mum was sick on the ferry crossing; this was not one of the best days of the holiday.
But, BUT... I've finished Breaking Dawn - my GOOOODDDD!!! How amazing is it? I'm dying to go on & on & on about it but for those that haven't read it yet, I know how awful it would be if I spoil it so I'm gonna keep schtum. (Lips reluctantly sealed.) And I've bought like LOADS of stuff from down South; we actually went to a museum based on Charles Dickens, which isn't half as dull as it sounds... there is a dreadful picture of my face just before we go sliding backwards down a dark tunnel on a ride - it ain't pretty! But, alas, my mood is a happy one because next Saturday is when I go to Glasgow to meet Nick Brendon (yay!) but, um, not so good are the GCSE results that are gonna come before that. My success in those will have a huge affect on how much money I have to spend at Collectormania next week. I'm so glad, though, that I'm finally meeting Nick - another one ticked off my list of people I most long to meet - it means a lot to me.
I have however, on a downer, had a nasty fallout with my friend and the worst thing is that I don't know what's happened. I've got back off holiday and I spoke to him once on the phone and he brushed me off and refused to tell me where he was like it was a big secet... of course, then I wanted to know after he made a big deal out of it. Oh well, I can't be bothered right now with people who try to bring me down, my spirits are too high for their kinda crap. I have way too much to look forward to... apart from Glasgow, there's College and the Twilight movie that I really can't wait for now... oh, and Midnight Sun, which I think should be really interesting, being from Edward's point of view and all... I'm also looking forward to Collectormania Milton Keynes, so far J.August Richards and Adam Baldwin will both be there and it isn't until next God knows when... things are looking pretty awesome. Don't you just love it when life looks good??? But now I'm just expecting some big bad clanger to drop and ruin eveverything - we shall see.
